How It Works – Step by Step

Not every turbocharger model will display a Send-Your-Own or Just Upgrade option on our product pages, but that doesn’t mean we can’t work with yours.

Simply reach out via our Contact Page with your unit’s details and we’ll take it from there.

Choose Your Shipping Option

You have two ways to get your turbo to us:

Option A – Ship it yourself

Handle delivery on your own terms, at your own cost, using your preferred courier.

Option B – We Handle the Logistics

We arrange collection and return delivery for a fixed fee:

Payment in USD is accepted at the current EUR/USD exchange rate.

Please note: Once you receive your tracking number, you can contact the local courier directly to schedule a precise pickup window. Collection times within your country are managed by the courier and outside our control.

Prepare and Send Your Unit

A little preparation goes a long way. Here’s how to pack your turbo safely:

Remove any actuator or external valves: these are vulnerable in transit and should not be included
Send only the turbocharger: no oil lines, bolts, intake components, or ancillaries
Photograph everything before sealing the box: the unit, the packaging, and the shipping label
Tape the label on all four edges to prevent it from peeling off during transit
Use a tracked express courier: DHL, UPS, or FedEx are recommended; standard postal services can cause delays or customs issues for non-EU shipments

Evaluation & Upgrade

Once your unit arrives, our technicians carry out a thorough inspection. If we discover significant internal damage, such as a faulty wastegate or a cracked exhaust housing, we’ll contact you before doing anything further, and provide a revised quotation.

Standard turnaround: approximately 2 weeks. For time-critical builds, we’ll aim for around 7 days, subject to parts availability and workshop capacity.

Return Shipment

Once your upgrade is complete, we ship it straight back to you, ready to install and ready to perform. For all Just Upgrade orders, return shipping is included in the service price.

Important Terms & Conditions

MuchBoost is not liable for damage incurred during inbound shipping. All such claims must be directed to the courier.
For shipments outside the EU, use an express courier service and declare an appropriate customs value for repair/service.
If an order is ultimately not completed for any reason, a 10% charge of the total order value applies to cover turbocharger inspection and evaluation already performed.
