Cookie Policy

Effective date: 28 April 2026 Last updated: 28 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how DSTurbo Dawid Sowa (“we“, “us“, “our“) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://performanceturbo.eu (the “Site“). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Our cookie consent management is powered by [Complianz]. You can change your preferences any time by clicking “Cookie Preferences” in our website footer.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and server-side identifiers. Together we call them “cookies” in this Policy.

Cookies can be:

  • First-party – set by us on https://performanceturbo.eu;;
  • Third-party – set by an external service embedded on our Site (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe);
  • Session – deleted when you close your browser;
  • Persistent – stored for a set period (a few minutes to a couple of years).

2. How we use cookies

Category 1 – Strictly necessary cookies (always on)

These cookies are essential for the Site to function. They cannot be switched off. We rely on them under Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR and the corresponding “strictly necessary” exemption under the ePrivacy Directive.

Help us understand how visitors use the Site, identify usability issues, and improve the experience. We do not use analytics for ad targeting.

Microsoft Clarity – currently active

We use Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our Site, including mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth, and aggregate session replays. Clarity helps us spot broken pages, confusing layouts, and accessibility issues. According to Microsoft’s documentation, Clarity does not sell data and does not use it for targeted advertising.

We intend to add Google Analytics 4 in the near future. When we do, the following cookies will be set only after you consent through our cookie banner, and we will update this Policy accordingly:

When GA4 is launched, we will configure IP anonymisation and disable advertising features (Google Signals).

Category 4 – Marketing / advertising cookies

We do not currently set any marketing or advertising cookies. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads, no TikTok Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no remarketing.

If you connect with our Instagram or Facebook content embedded on the Site, or click social-share buttons, those third-party platforms may set their own cookies under their own policies. We have no control over those cookies; we recommend reviewing each platform’s privacy policy.

When you visit our Site for the first time, our cookie banner asks you to:

  • Accept all (all categories including analytics and marketing);
  • Reject all non-essential (only strictly necessary cookies load);
  • Customise (select the categories you want).

Analytics and marketing tags are blocked by default and only load after you give consent. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which our CMP interprets as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for CCPA-covered users.

You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer, or by clearing your cookies and revisiting the Site.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Independently of our cookie banner, you can block or delete cookies in your browser:

Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the checkout, cart, or login from working.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our cookie use evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via our cookie banner.
