We build performance turbochargers the right way – starting from proven OEM cores and re-engineering them into hybrids that bolt on exactly like the factory unit. No welded brackets. No workshop hacks. No surprises under the hood.
Every hybrid we release is the result of real development work: compressor and turbine TRIM calculations, spool-delay modelling, wheel-ratio matching, and rotating-mass optimization, all validated on the dyno and on the road before it ever leaves our shop. Nothing we sell is accidental.
We also design Big Turbos for diesel applications, built on two carefully selected VNT platforms and adapted to deliver flow levels the original units were never meant to reach. When we develop a new model, our customers are often part of the process – because the best hybrids come from a conversation between the engineer and the driver.

What You Get

Factory-look stealth. Externally, the turbo is indistinguishable from the OEM unit. All upgrades live inside the housing – no one spots the modification at a glance.
Straightforward installation. Remove the old turbo, fit the new one. No special procedures, no dark arts – if you can install an OEM turbo, you can install ours.
Warranty card + installation guide included. Every unit ships with clear documentation covering filter service intervals and maintenance expectations.
Supporting mods matter. For best results we strongly recommend a decat downpipe, an uprated intercooler, and a larger intake pipe. All available in our store.

Precision, Balancing & Ball Bearing ConversionPrecision Is Not a Feature. It’s the Baseline.

Every finished cartridge is balanced at operating speeds comparable to real in-vehicle RPM – not at arbitrary bench speeds.
The VNT system is fully recalibrated after every build to guarantee correct vane actuation and boost response.
For most platforms, we offer a ceramic ball bearing conversion using genuine Garrett components. The benefit: ~20% faster spool versus the journal-bearing baseline. The process requires precision machining of the CHRA to accept the ball bearing cartridge, a job that leaves no margin for error, which is exactly why we do it in-house.
