It forms part of our <strong>Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-where-we-ship-from\">1. Where we ship from<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Products are dispatched from our warehouse in <strong>Poland, European Union<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-countries-we-ship-to\">2. Countries we do NOT ship to<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-1-sanctioned-and-legally-restricted-jurisdictions\">3.1. Sanctioned and legally restricted jurisdictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not ship to the following countries or territories, in compliance with EU, UN, UK, and US sanctions regimes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Russia, Belarus, Democratic People&#8217;s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Syria, Cuba, Myanmar (Burma), Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Venezuela, Iraq<\/strong>, and the occupied Ukrainian territories (<strong>Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-2-high-risk-exclusions\">3.2. High-risk exclusions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To protect our customers and our business from delivery fraud, chargeback abuse, and sanctions-circumvention risk, we also do not currently ship to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Senegal, C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Georgia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-3-case-by-case-review\">3.3. Case-by-case review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders to <strong>Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa<\/strong> require additional verification. You may be asked to confirm your identity and to complete a 3-D Secure card authentication. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where verification fails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-4-right-to-cancel\">3.4. Right to cancel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel and refund any Order placed for shipment to a location on lists 3.1 or 3.2, or any Order that our fraud screening flags as high-risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-delivery-terms-dap-customs-duties-and-import-taxes\">4. Delivery terms (DAP) &#8211; customs, duties, and import taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All international shipments outside the European Union are made on a <strong>Delivered at Place (DAP) Incoterms\u00ae 2020<\/strong> basis. This means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You, the Customer, are the importer of record<\/strong> in your destination country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You are responsible for all import duties, import VAT\/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and excise charges<\/strong> levied by your destination country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those charges are <strong>not included<\/strong> in the price you pay at checkout and are <strong>not collected by us<\/strong>. They are collected by the courier or your local customs office when your parcel arrives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you refuse to pay import charges<\/strong>, the parcel will either be returned to us or destroyed (at the courier&#8217;s discretion). If the parcel is returned, we will refund the product price minus actual return shipping costs and a reasonable handling fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please check your country&#8217;s import rules before ordering.<\/strong> Turbochargers typically fall under HS code <strong>8414.59<\/strong> or <strong>8414.80<\/strong>. Most countries apply import VAT on the full value (product + shipping), and many apply import duty of 0-5%. Some countries (e.g., Brazil, Argentina) may impose significantly higher import charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-dispatch-times\">5. For high-value orders we default to fully insured, fully tracked express services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-delivery-times-after-dispatch\">7. Delivery times (after dispatch)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are typical transit times, not guarantees. Shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs are calculated <strong>by weight and destination<\/strong> at checkout. You see the final shipping cost before you pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fragile heavy parcels are shipped in reinforced packaging and insured in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not offer free shipping by default, but promotional campaigns may include it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"9-tracking\">9. Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your Product ships, you will receive an <strong>email with a tracking number<\/strong>. If you have opted in, you may also receive SMS tracking notifications from the courier. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate on the courier&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-risk-of-loss\">10. Risk of loss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For Consumers (EU\/UK\/EEA):<\/strong> risk of loss or damage passes to you <strong>on delivery<\/strong> (Article 20 of Directive 2011\/83\/EU; Article 548\u00b9 of the Polish Civil Code).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For Business Customers:<\/strong> risk of loss passes to you <strong>on handover of the parcel to the first carrier<\/strong> (Article 548 \u00a71 of the Polish Civil Code; Incoterms\u00ae 2020 DAP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"11-delivery-damage-or-loss\">11. Delivery damage or loss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Visible damage on delivery:<\/strong> note the damage on the courier&#8217;s delivery slip where possible, take photographs, and contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@performanceturbo.eu\">contact@performanceturbo.eu<\/a><\/strong> within <strong>48 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hidden damage:<\/strong> contact us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@performanceturbo.eu\">contact@performanceturbo.eu<\/a><\/strong> within <strong>5 business days<\/strong> of delivery, with photographs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lost in transit:<\/strong> contact us. We will open a carrier investigation (typically takes 7\u201321 days). Once the carrier confirms loss, we will reship or refund in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"12-incorrect-address\">12. Incorrect address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a parcel is undeliverable because of an address error, we will re-ship to a corrected address at your cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"13-p-o-boxes-and-pickup-points\">13. P.O. boxes and pickup points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>We do not ship to P.O. boxes<\/strong> for high-value parcels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Courier pickup points (InPost Paczkomat, DHL Service Point, UPS Access Point, etc.)<\/strong> are acceptable for smaller parcels, at your risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"14-contact\">14.
